This Maternity Session is what dreams are made of! Cari and Jorge are good friends of mine and it was such a joy to take their portraits. Cari grew up in Huntington Beach so she wanted to commemorate this season of their life with photos taken down at the pier.
They say when you are pregnant you "glow" and I can say that is absolutely true of Cari. She looked absolutely radiant and Jorge is completely smitten with his beautiful wife and their little one already.
My favorite time to take portraits is during those last glowing moments of the day. The warmth and dramatics of the sunset light is breath taking. Jorge and Cari requested some silhouette shots showcasing their sweet bump and we couldn't be happier with the way they turned out!
